What is ems
The Science
Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a proven training method that enhances how muscles activate and adapt. By combining voluntary movement with controlled electrical impulses, EMS allows muscles to contract more deeply and efficiently than with conventional training alone.
2x20 mins a week
EMS delivers in minutes what used to take hours in the gym. Combining progressive overload, sufficient recovery, and proper nutrition delivers real results in just two 20-minute sessions per week.
The EMS Difference
Efficient Muscle Activation
EMS activates up to 90% of muscle fibers in a single session, compared to approximately 60–70% with traditional strength training. This high level of activation leads to faster strength gains and improved muscle tone.
Time-Saving
Two 20-minute EMS sessions per week can deliver results comparable to several hours of conventional workouts, making it ideal for busy schedules.
Joint-Friendly & Low Impact
Because EMS achieves muscle activation without heavy external loads, it places less stress on joints, tendons, and the central nervous system—making it a safer option for many bodies.
Boosts Bone Density
EMS doesn’t stop at muscles. It influences the bones they cling to, boosting bone density for a sturdier foundation.
Who EMS Is For?
Time-challenged professionals
If your schedule is packed and workouts keep falling to the bottom of the list, EMS makes it realistic again. You get a focused, full-body session in 20 minutes—guided, efficient, and easy to fit into real life.
Older adults
If you want to stay strong, move with confidence, and keep doing the things you love, EMS offers a gentle but effective way to train. Sessions are low-impact, fully supported, and designed to meet you where your body is today.
Serious fitness clients
If you already train hard but feel stuck or short on time, EMS helps you get more out of every session. It challenges your muscles in a new way, supports performance goals, and works alongside the training you’re already doing.
What a session looks like
A full EMS session lasts approximately 30 minutes total:
~10 minutes to suit up and prepare
~20 minutes of guided training
Training is fully guided, highly interactive, and adjusted continuously based on your feedback and performance.
Sessions can be performed in small spaces, indoors or outdoors, and even virtually.
